By using dinkerer.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only. Using the Dinkerer app, once it exists, is governed by a separate agreement in the app or its store listing.

What this site is

This is an informational website for a product that is still in development. Nothing here is a commitment to ship, to a price, or to a feature set, and any figures shown as examples are illustrations rather than measured results.

Accounts and the waitlist

Joining the waitlist gives us your email address so we can contact you. It is not an account, it does not create any obligation on either side, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit anything unlawful, misleading or infringing;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• scrape the site or republish its content without permission.

Content you post or email us

You keep ownership of anything you send us. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of responding and, where we say so, of featuring it with attribution. Nothing you send us becomes ours to resell.

Intellectual property

The Dinkerer name, logo, site design and written content are owned by Dinkerer or its contributors. You may quote short extracts and link to our posts with attribution. Everything else needs our written permission.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is coaching, medical or fitness advice. Pickleball carries a real risk of injury, particularly to joints and tendons. If something hurts, stop and see a qualified professional.

Third-party links

We may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
